Go to anydesk.com in your browser and click the big download button. It will automatically detect that you have Windows.
Find the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of your browser). Double-click it to open — no full install required, it runs right away.
AnyDesk will show a 9-digit number under "This Desk". Read that number to us over the phone and we'll connect.
A request will pop up asking to connect. Click Accept and we're in. You can watch everything we do and disconnect any time.
